Verified once. Trusted every task after.
Every Hannu Operator carries a Trust Passport: identity verified against government records, liveness confirmed, and a per-skill reputation that compounds with every verified task. Buyers see the trust — never the personal data.

What travels in the passport.
Six things, each earned or verified — none self-declared. This is the contract behind every match.
Verified identity
Government-ID-anchored KYC done once at onboarding — every submission on the platform is attributable to a real, verified person.
Liveness, continuously
It stays the same person: liveness checks at onboarding and task-time signals guard against handed-over accounts.
Reputation per skill
Quality is earned task by task, per skill — a great surveyor is not assumed to be a great translator.
It compounds
Every verified task adds to the record. Reputation is event-sourced — earned, never bought, and recomputable from history.
Tiers with teeth
Pro and Elite tiers are computed from the record — they gate reviewer roles and richer work, and demotion is as real as promotion.
Private by design
Buyers see attribute bands and reputation — never names, ID numbers or contact details. The person stays protected; the trust travels.
How the passport works.
Three mechanisms — verified identity, compounding reputation, privacy by architecture.
One real person, verified against government records.
Identity is anchored at onboarding — government-ID KYC plus liveness — and task-time signals keep it the same person. A burned account cannot come back as a new one.
The Operator side of thisEarned per skill, task by task.
Every verified task, gold-task pass and certification adds to an event-sourced record — per skill, recomputable from history, impossible to buy. Tiers are computed from it, never sold.
How Operators level upYou see the trust. Never the person’s data.
Buyers see attribute bands — identity verified, per-skill standing, tier, zone. Names, ID numbers and documents are encrypted, masked even internally, and erasable on request. That is a platform hard rule.
The full trust postureAsked before the first hire.
Do I ever see an Operator’s personal data?
No. You see verified attribute bands and per-skill reputation — enough to trust the work. Identity documents and numbers never appear in the product, in reports, or in the API. That is a platform hard rule, not a setting.
Can reputation be gamed?
It is measured against hidden gold tasks with known answers, cross-checked by anomaly detectors (duplicate media, impossible travel, outcome skew), and anchored to one verified identity — a burned reputation cannot be reset with a new account.
How do Pro and Elite tiers work?
They are computed from the record — verified task history, gold-task performance, certifications — and recomputed continuously. Elite unlocks reviewer roles on multi-step workflows. No tier can be purchased.
Does the passport work across different clients?
Yes — that is the point. Verification is done once and the earned reputation travels to every task and every client on the platform, which is why experienced Operators are matched faster.
Hire the record, not a stranger.
Every Operator your task matches carries a verified identity and an earned reputation — that is what you are buying.
