Identity is confirmed against government records at sign-up, together with a liveness check, so an account is anchored to one real person. Task-time signals keep it the same person over time, and a burned account cannot come back as a fresh one.
Verified attribute bands — identity confirmed, the zone they work in, the skills and task types they have proven, and a per-skill reputation. It is enough to trust the work and match the right person, and nothing more.
No. Names, phone numbers and ID documents never appear in the product, in your reports, or anywhere a buyer can reach — a person is only ever shown masked, like "Ada O." Government-ID numbers (BVN and NIN) are kept only as a salted hash with field-level encryption: never logged, never displayed, masked even internally. That is a platform hard rule, not a setting.
It is earned per skill from real work — completed verified tasks, hidden check-tasks with known answers, and certifications all feed a record that is recomputed from history and anchored to one confirmed identity. It is earned, never bought, and it travels to every task and every client on the platform.
